The creators of the movie “Divorce me for cats” filled out the Fajr festival form.
According to right owner of Film, “Divorce me for the Cats” is the title of Mohammad Ali Sajjadi’s newest feature film, which is now ready for completion by the end of the technical process. The creators have just submitted a copy of the film to the secretariat of the festival, completing the form for the Fajr Film Festival, to be the first Sajjadi-made show at the Fajr festival if its accepted.
It was filmed in March of last year in full news silence in Tehran. The new Sajjadi film has only two original locations and most of it was filmed in a court of law. In fact, the locations of this film have more interior space.
Reza Mawlai and (with the introduction) Maryam Hematian, Jalaluddin Torabi and Shirin Valipour are the cast of this film. The script for “Divorce me for the Cats” is based on a true story by Mohammad Ali Sajjadi. The film tells the story of a young couple who come to court and apply for divorce. Their main reason for this separation is just for the cats….
Mohammad Ali Sajjadi’s latest work was shown in the Art and Experience group last winter.
“The Plight,” “The Tricky,” “The Shrewd,” “Crime,” “Ethereal,” “Color of the Night,” “Enchanted,” “The Actor,” and “The Nut” are the titles of the director’s latest cinematic works.
